This scoring matrix ensures fair and transparent evaluation, recognizing outstanding performance while identifying areas for improvement. Ambassadors who consistently meet or exceed expectations will be rewarded and promoted, while those who fall short may see a decrease in their score.

Note: Our managers will NOT babysit ambassadors. When we provide instructions, we ensure they are clear, detailed, and comprehensive. It is your responsibility to read and follow them carefully.
