Ambassador Management Guidelines

Each ambassador will receive a list of required tasks, feedback and comments are given daily, and there will be an official evaluation session bi-weekly

🏆 Rewards & Performance Evaluation

• If you complete the required tasks, you will receive the bi-weekly performance score and $MTP Rewards for that month.

🏆 Bi-weekly performance score

• A Bi-weekly performance score will be marked based on your overall quality of work. As we reward excellent achievements and exceptional results, we will reward people who mark >90 with $100 USDT reward biweekly (yes, if you score >90 2 times a month, you’ll get $200)

• Please note:

  1️⃣ A score of 90 is achievable for everyone who performs well, as we operate in different languages and regions, avoiding unhealthy competition.

  2️⃣ We encourage teamwork, mutual support, and collective success. The evaluation is not for ranking but for recognizing and rewarding outstanding contributions.

  3️⃣ We hope everyone can leverage their unique strengths to generate more traffic, exposure, and engagement within their respective languages and regions.

📊 Scoring System & $MTP Rewards

• Score Less than 60% → Disqualified (contract will not be renewed).
• Score 60% - 100% → Rewards are proportional to the score. (e.g., a 70% score = 70% of the monthly $MTP tokens).
• Total Monthly reward / Ambassador: 1,000 $MTP.

🛠 2-Week Trial Period

• Performance will be evaluated Bi-weekly. If the score is below 60%, the collaboration will be terminated.

🚀 Promotion Opportunity

Ambassadors who excel in their role can be promoted to Senior Ambassadors, which comes with $MTP & cash rewards (~$200/month, based on contributions).
